I am an agro-economist who specialises in agricultural training policies. I lead numerous projects aimed at strengthening agricultural training in a sustainable manner, especially in Africa, with a focus on institutional strengthening and local skills and knowledge. I was previously a rural development expert at the World Bank and a technical advisor to the Ministry of Agriculture in Mali. I also worked for the Rural Hub in Dakar, supporting stakeholders in West and Central Africa to promote the coherence of rural development programmes and policies.

As a practitioner, I would focus on teaching systems science in the context of agriculture at different scales.
